Policies & Terms

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 10 business days.

✦ US Domestic Orders

Estimated delivery: up to 1 week after shipment.

✦ Mail Club Envelopes

Mail club envelopes are shipped during the first week of each month via USPS without tracking. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

✦ International Orders

Fated Hearts ships internationally. International mail club orders are sent via USPS Global Forever stamp without tracking. Estimated delivery is 2–4 weeks. Fated Hearts is not responsible for customs delays or carrier delays outside the United States.

✦ Lost or Delayed Packages

For tracked shop orders, customers may file a claim with USPS. Fated Hearts will provide documentation upon request. For untracked mail club envelopes, contact fatdhearrtsstudio@gmail.com for assistance.

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Exceptions apply if an item arrives damaged, is missing, or is incorrect. Contact fatdhearrtsstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

✦ Shop Orders

Shop orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase by contacting fatdhearrtsstudio@gmail.com. Orders that have entered production or shipped cannot be cancelled.

✦ Mail Club Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be paused or cancelled at any time before the next billing date. No refund will be issued for a billing cycle that has already processed. No cancellation fees apply.

✦ Sign-Up Window

Sign-ups open on the 1st of each month and close at month's end. Late sign-ups will be applied to the following month.

✦ Billing

Subscriptions renew monthly. Charges are applied at the start of each billing cycle and will continue until cancelled.

✦ What's Included

Each envelope contains a themed letter, 2 vinyl stickers, a bookmark, a book of the month card, and a 4×6 activity card, sealed with a wax stamp. Contents are subject to change based on the monthly theme.

✦ No Tracking

Envelopes are sent via USPS First Class Mail without tracking. Fated Hearts is not responsible for carrier delays.

✦ No Rollovers

Envelopes are produced based on subscriber count at sign-up close. Missed months and undelivered envelopes due to address errors are not eligible for credit or reshipment.

✦ Address Accuracy

Subscribers are responsible for maintaining an accurate shipping address. Fated Hearts is not liable for envelopes shipped to an incorrect address on file.

✦ Shipping Availability

The mail club ships within the United States and internationally. An additional fee applies to international subscriptions. International orders are shipped without tracking.

Contact fatdhearrtsstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of your expected delivery date if your order arrives damaged or incomplete. Include the following:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged item and/or packaging
• A description of what was received or what is missing

Claims submitted after 7 days may not qualify for a replacement.

✦ What We Collect

We collect personal information including name, email, shipping address, and order details when you make a purchase or create an account. Payment information is handled by Shopify and is not stored by Fated Hearts. Browsing data is collected automatically via cookies.

✦ How We Use It

Information is used to fulfill orders, communicate order status, send opted-in marketing emails, and improve site performance.

✦ Third Parties & Advertising

We share data with Shopify, payment processors, and shipping carriers as required to operate. We may share data with advertising partners for targeted advertising purposes, which may be regulated under certain US state privacy laws. To opt out, enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser.

Subscribers receive product updates and mail club news. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

✦ Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing fatdhearrtsstudio@gmail.com.

Cookies are used to support site functionality and analytics. Settings can be adjusted in your browser.
