When does my envelope ship?

All orders ship within the first week of each month. In the spirit of snail mail, packages are sent without tracking - just a little surprise to look forward to.

When is the sign-up window?

Sign-ups open on the 1st of each month and close at the end of that month. Your first letter will arrive the following month. For example: sign up anytime in May, and your first letter will be delivered during the first week of June.

Can I pause / cancel my subscription?

Yes - you can pause / cancel anytime before the next billing cycle. There are no long-term commitments and no cancellation fees. If you need to cancel, you can do so by clicking "Account", signing in with the email you signed up with and following the prompts.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. If you're located outside the U.S. and would be interested in our mail club, we'd love to hear from you! Send us a note, and we'll keep your interest in mind as we explore future international shipping options.

What if I miss the sign-up window?

You can make a one time purchase of past month envelopes from "The Archive" while supplies last. Each month has limited quantities. Past month's letters will be posted the first week of the month after letters have been mailed out.

Is this a gift-able subscription?

We currently are not offering gift-able subscriptions but will very soon, sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date on our offerings!
