From One Reader to Another

Hi, I’m Jamie! Romance reader, professional overthinker, collector of fictional men, and the person behind Fated Hearts Studio (plus my husband… we can’t forget about him).

Fated Hearts started the same way most of my ideas do: with a sudden burst of inspiration and a borderline concerning level of obsession over all the things that suddenly needed to get done to bring it to life. The only difference this time? I actually DID IT and here you are. Shocking, honestly. But this just felt right. Somewhere between late-night reading sessions, doom scrolling aesthetic book content, and wishing I had more reader friends to connect with, I also realized I wanted something more tangible from the reading experience - not just another online space, but something a little more intentional, and personal.

Originally, this whole idea started because I wanted an excuse to satisfy my creative/crafting obsession. Making cute bookmarks, stickers, charms, maybe selling them at a maker’s market and calling it a day. But then I discovered mail clubs, and something about them immediately called to me. I loved the idea of creating something intentional for my people (you, you are my people). Because finding community as an adult is HARD. Our lives are busy, our friends are spread out, and not everyone understands why we’re kicking our feet over a fictional man touching her lower back once in chapter fourteen. And while online reading communities are amazing, there’s something special about having a physical reminder to slow down for a moment and enjoy the things we love. That’s what Fated Hearts Studio was created for - a place for romance readers who love cozy moments, bookish collectibles, themed mail, and feeling connected to something outside of their everyday routine.

Whether it’s a bookmark tucked into your current read, a Kindle charm that makes you smile every time you pick it up, or a monthly package waiting in your mailbox, I wanted this space to feel intentional, comforting, and fun. This isn’t a giant company with a huge team behind the scenes - it’s literally just me (and my husband - again, cannot forget him) designing products, packing orders, brainstorming themes at unreasonable hours, and putting together the kinds of things I would genuinely want to receive myself as a reader. So whether you’re here for the romance reader chaos, the bookish accessories, the mail club, or simply because you also believe fictional men written by women are superior (sorry babe!) and that one day we too deserve dragons, gorgeous castles, and someone with bat wings to teach us self-defense… I’m really glad you found your way here.
